The Senior Land Analyst will play a key role in managing land data, analyzing leases, coordinating with brokers, setting up contracts, reviewing division orders, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires a versatile professional with broad expertise across land management, revenue tracking, and divestitures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lease & Title Analysis : Review and interpret leases, deeds, easements, unit agreements, and title opinions.
- Brokers & Contracts : Coordinate with brokers and assist in contract setup and execution.
- Division Orders & Revenue Tracking : Ensure accuracy in ownership records, payments, and compliance.
- Data Management : Maintain land records, track obligations, and optimize processes.
- Due Diligence & Divestitures : Support acquisitions, divestitures, and internal audits.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Land, Accounting, and Legal teams to resolve discrepancies.
