Corporate Attorney
Location: Rochester, NY or Buffalo, NY
Experience Level: 3–7 Years
Our firm is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Attorney with 3 to 7 years of significant transactional experience to join our team in either our Rochester or Buffalo office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
- Provide counsel on a variety of general corporate matters, including governance, compliance, and contracts.
- Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated agreements and legal documents.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless transaction processes.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3–7 years of relevant experience in corporate law, particularly in M&A and transactional matters.
- Skills: Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Education: Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, client-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $118,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
