Job Description
Jackson Bevco is currently seeking to fill a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position at it's Corporate Office in Boise, Idaho. This essential job will be the first point of contact for visitors and vendors at our Boise Corporate Office. As a full-time position, great benefits are offered, including health insurance and life coverage after 60 days, 401(k), paid holidays, and most weekends off. Pay starts at $17 hr.
As the Receptionist, you’ll be our “First Impression Ambassador,” delivering warm and professional service to visitors and vendors. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide crucial support to all departments, helping to drive our success. A strong commitment to a ‘service first’ attitude is essential. Duties include (but are not limited to):
- Receiving and distributing incoming daily mail and other deliveries.
- Processing outgoing mail & packages.
- Meeting preparation – includes taking minutes, ordering lunch etc.
- Heading up Quarterly Manager Meetings
- Updating agenda
- Taking minutes and distributing to DM’s.
- Event organizer for annual functions such as
- Manager Summit
- Leadership retreats
- Holiday parties
- Editor for quarterly news letter
- Monitoring and responding to Google Reviews.
- Responsible for all staff travel arrangements.
- Maintaining & updating all master binders (Ops, Manager & Sales Agent).
- Maintaining and processing monthly expense reports for Facilities & Audit Depts.
- Compiling bonus tracking sheet for quarterly totals of cycle counts and quarterly errors for Acctg Dept.
- Maintaining monthly anniversary list and preparing cards accordingly.
- Processing all Support Staff birthday celebrations.
- Maintaining and revising company contact list.
- Providing support to remote DM’s with bulk mail-outs.
- Maintaining fleet vehicle registrations & driver information.
- Ordering Manager business cards & name badges.
- Compiling monthly trivia questions and distributing to stores.
- Ordering office supplies as needed.
- Various responsibilities specific to company President including:
- Maintaining calendar
- Processing of monthly BARS report
- Making travel arrangements
- Providing out of stock reports
