**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination within the construction industry and possess a strong understanding of project management tools and techniques. **Duties:** - Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are completed efficiently - Assist in project planning, scheduling, and implementation - Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to monitor progress - Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence - Conduct research to support project planning and execution - Manage project timelines and deadlines effectively **Skills:** - Proficiency in project coordination and management software such as ProCore, Primavera, or Bluebeam - Strong understanding of construction estimating and bidding processes - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment - Knowledge of contract management and negotiation - Experience with HeavyBid software is a plus This position offers the opportunity to work on exciting construction projects while honing your project coordination skills.
