Responsibilities
Assist lead PM on multiple projects from inception to final project closeout.
Provide support for all aspects of the project including design, estimating, scheduling, and ensuring safety and quality.
Create an efficient work environment for our technicians through proactive communication and planning.
Provide support field technicians to ensure deadlines are met, and schedules are maintained.
Communicate effectively with project lead PM and GC Representatives.
Organize and procure materials and equipment for projects.
Attend staff meetings and company-wide meetings.
Qualifications
2-5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret common technical publications, specifications, drawings and blueprints.
Familiarity with general office and construction related software or ability to learn new software.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust to shifting priorities.
Demonstrated proper phone and email etiquette, with an emphasis on responsiveness.
Previous Project Management or experience in the field is a plus.
Driver's License (Required).
Must be able to pass a pre-hire drug screening test and background check.
