Position Overview
The Partnership Manager is responsible for oversight of JHMR corporate partnerships through client service management. The goal of this role is to deliver exceptional service and execute partnership deliverables including but not limited to activations and events.
Role Responsibilities
- Oversees and project manages the execution of top-tier partner contractual deliverables.
- Manage partnership relations by providing exceptional client service.
- Manage regular partner progress meetings.
- Manages partner integration of events and activations.
- Manages the creation, implementation, and promotional programs and activations for partnership contracts with both new and existing partners. Works collaboratively across internal departments and stakeholders for partner approvals and alignment of programs and initiatives.
- Supports renewal process for each partner contract and identifies/pursues additional revenue opportunities.
- Manages and grows relationships with partners through contact with the client and their agencies.
- Works interdepartmentally to create and maintain dialogue relating to sponsorship activations and sponsorship directives.
- Manages all fulfillment activities needed based on client contracts to ensure that all elements that are contractually obligated are delivered in a professional manner.
- Assist in development of partnership strategic plan in conjunction with Vice President of Marketing.
- Execute contractual obligations with all JHMR partners and/or ensure all contractual obligations are met by working with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate all vehicle management tasks for insurance, liability, and risk management purposes.
- Manage all client relations from entertainment during partner visits and maintenance of partner client relations throughout the contract.
- Work alongside Events Manager to ensure all partner activation requirements are met.
- Attend ski shows and assist Marketing department with other events, as needed.
TRAVEL
Travel to support Sales and Marketing initiatives and partnership relations. Travel occurs approximately 20% of the time. Travel may be international, national, or local.

- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, and basic computer skills
- Ability to negotiate the mountain terrain necessary to preform requirements of the job
- Working knowledge of Resort operation
- Strong public speaking ability
- Ability to understand and work within a prescribed budget.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
- Minimum 2 years of client relation management experience.

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business or another related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in partnership management, preferably in the ski or outdoor industry.
