What You’ll Do:
Drive Growth:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, cold calls, and warm leads.
- Expand existing client relationships by providing exceptional service and uncovering additional opportunities.
- Partner with senior leadership to negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
Build Relationships:
- Forge lasting connections with decision-makers and key stakeholders within client organizations.
- Conduct in-person demos and presentations to showcase JPP’s value.
- Be the go-to expert for client needs, acting as a trusted advisor and liaison.
Achieve Results:
- Meet and exceed individual revenue and performance targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Monitor key metrics like job orders created, placements made, and gross margin achieved.
- Collaborate with recruitment and credentialing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Proven Experience: 3-5 years in sales, new business development, and account management within the pharmacy or healthcare staffing industry.
