Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring an efficient workflow.
- Transcribe documents and prepare reports as needed, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, typing, and maintaining organized records.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure clarity and correctness.
- Prepare various reports for operations and production
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, for easy retrieval.
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support team members in achieving their goals.
- Communicate effectively team members
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
- Manage incoming/outgoing calls and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating strong phone etiquette.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent proofreading skills to maintain high standards of documentation.

Experience
- Previous experience as an Administrative Clerk or in a similar administrative role is not required but preferred.
