Job Summary:
The Coordinator of Graduate Recruitment Communication develops engaging messages for prospective graduate and doctoral students (both domestic and international), and other audiences such as community partners and employers. This role involves creating clear, concise, and strategic messages that encourages action. The coordinator also assists in developing and maintaining recruitment communication plans, a content calendar, and a style guide, while measuring and enhancing communication effectiveness. This position will report to the Associate Director of Recruitment Communication and Technology and will receive direction and guidance from the Graduate School leadership team regarding program specific communication needs.

- Content Creation and Management:
- Create and/or put pre-crafted content into production for various recruitment communication plans with direction from the Associate Director of Recruitment Communication and Technology and Dean of Graduate School or designee.
- Coordinate the review of content with supervisor, Graduate School leadership team, and Graduate Program Coordinators as needed, included proofreading and editing content before publishing.
- Assist with developing and maintaining content for departmental webpages, with direction from the Graduate School and/or Graduate Program Coordinators.
- Assist with completing communication requests from other offices, such as Enrollment Initiatives and Financial Aid.
- Collaborate with International House and Programs to create and maintain specific content for international graduate or doctoral student prospects, applicants, or admits.
- Assist in the creation and management of a content calendar and style guide.
- Attend training and seek out resources (LinkedIn Learning, AACRAO, etc.) to stay current on trends in marketing, communication, and higher education.
- Review and update communication plans already in production.
- Communication Analytics:
- Track communication analytics and generate reports for the Undergraduate Admissions leadership team and Graduate School leadership team.
- Utilize recruitment systems to publish communication, including CRM Recruit and Texting Platforms.
- Import data into CRM Recruit.
- Attend monthly and yearly trainings with the Undergraduate Admissions and Graduate School teams to prepare for program and/or process changes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience with a CRM
