The Gilpin Casino is currently in search of a “Cashier/Host—Lucille Malones”. We first opened our doors in 1992 following the legalization of gambling. Situated in the heart of the storied gaming district, this historic building offers the same “Old West” charm as it did in 1869. The Gilpin Casino encompasses more than 37,000 square feet with 400 slot machines and Lucille Malone’s Restaurant that serves legendary comfort food.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assisting customers with questions regarding activities within the casino for that day
- Maintain bank, greet, and seat customers
- Relay customer complaints and compliments to the supervisor
- Familiar with all menu items, menu prices and hours of operation
- Maintain a clean work area and present positive customer service techniques
- Complete daily side work
- Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following: Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting
Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English
- Basic computer knowledge and cash handling skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience
- Identification that establishes identity
- Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
