The mission of the Jacobs Lone Wolf Team is to operate and maintain the Distributed Continuity Integrated Network - Top Secret Enterprise Services (DCIN-TS ES). The DCIN-TS ES is a DoD provided, TS/SCI, integrated voice, video, and data, global communications network that facilitates collaboration among senior leaders and key staff.

Chief of Staff
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assists the Program Manager in managing the operations and performance of the contract supporting our federal client, ensuring the timelines, deliverables, and quality standards of all activities are achieved.
- Overall execution of the contract including the specific task order.
- Oversee the execution of all contractual and technical aspects of the program.
- Ensure that the technical solutions and schedules in the specific delivery orders are implemented according to program schedules.
- Serve as liaison between the contract team, Government customers, and leadership.
- Organize, direct and coordinate the planning and execution of all activities associated with assigned delivery order projects.
- Demonstrate competent writing and oral communication skills.
- Provide quality assurance and implement quality controls to minimize or eliminate defects.
- Ensures that program milestones and goals are met and adhere to specific policies and procedures.
- Manage, develop, and provide feedback to subordinates per corporate directed timelines, focusing on performance and long-term career goals.
- Provide support to a wide array of customers as part of a complex team of multiple contractors and government personnel.
- Participates in and manages the preparation of proposals in response to RFP's from potential customers.

- Active TS/SCI Clearance
- Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field
- 7-9 years of experience in project and program management.
- Broad knowledge of the IT acquisitions and product lifecycle management to include managing logistic, operational and functional support requirements.
- Must be a team player and able to work in a fast paced rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Lean Six Sigma certification
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, DAWIA level 3, or equivalent
Salary : $150,000 - $190,000
