Commercial Construction Superintendent

Job Description

Our construction company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Superintendent to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management, be proficient in blueprint reading and construction estimating, and possess strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate construction projects
• Supervise and manage construction activities on-site
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations
• Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Review project plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure accuracy and identify potential issues
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project team
• Prepare and submit project reports and progress updates to senior management
• Manage project budgets, cost control efforts, and change orders
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
• Address any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
