Sales Administrator and Contract Processing

We’re currently looking for an individual to step into the role of Sales Administrator and Contract Processing. You will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the office, which includes sales administration, contract processing, job costing, customer financing. This isn’t a role for just anyone. We’re looking for someone special that can multi-task, keep cool under pressure and keep everyone on task.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Exceptional organizational skills and detail accuracy
- Take charge attitude and process oriented
- Strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Above average phone and written customer service communication skills
- General accounting knowledge including job costing, A/P, A/R and cash management
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, QuickBooks and Salesforce CRM platform
- Strong work ethic
- Flexibility to pivot priorities within the role as things can change quite frequently
- Experience in the construction/remodeling industry or home services sectors
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing and processing customer contracts to support field operations
- Data entry, maintenance and reporting
- Customer Financing and Accounts Receivable – billing, collections and posting of receivables
- Coordinate and administer employee interface with HR department
- Process payroll in coordination with finance
- Provide general office and sales administration support, as well as any other task, as needed
- Work closely with Sales Management and Production Management to ensure day-to- day operations run smoothly and efficiently
This position reports directly to the Vice President of Jacuzzi Bath Remodel by Capital.
