Sales Administrator and Contract Processing

We’re currently looking for an individual to step into the role of Sales Administrator and Contract Processing. You will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the office, which includes sales administration, contract processing, job costing, customer financing. This isn’t a role for just anyone. We’re looking for someone special that can multi-task, keep cool under pressure and keep everyone on task.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Exceptional organizational skills and detail accuracy
  • Take charge attitude and process oriented
  • Strong ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Above average phone and written customer service communication skills
  • General accounting knowledge including job costing, A/P, A/R and cash management
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, QuickBooks and Salesforce CRM platform
  • Strong work ethic
  • Flexibility to pivot priorities within the role as things can change quite frequently
  • Experience in the construction/remodeling industry or home services sectors

Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and processing customer contracts to support field operations
  • Data entry, maintenance and reporting
  • Customer Financing and Accounts Receivable – billing, collections and posting of receivables
  • Coordinate and administer employee interface with HR department
  • Process payroll in coordination with finance
  • Provide general office and sales administration support, as well as any other task, as needed
  • Work closely with Sales Management and Production Management to ensure day-to- day operations run smoothly and efficiently

This position reports directly to the Vice President of Jacuzzi Bath Remodel by Capital.

Salary: Starting at $65,000 per year plus bonus potential
