Due to the growth throughout the nation, Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is hiring a Permit Manager to support the entire business unit.
Permit Manager Core Responsibilities: Management of the Permit Coordinator team. Managing day to day coordination of required construction permits for all installation activities across the nation. Will partner with our Sr. Production Managers to optimize the installation schedule and to ensure all permits are completed timely.
- Must have 5 years of previous experience submitting residential construction permits
- Must be knowledgeable of permitting process/regulations for Portland, Seattle, Phoenix, Tucson, St. Louis, Miami and Atlanta.
- As we continue to expand, must research and gain knowledge of future regulations to establish processes.
- Actively communicate with leadership regarding updates, projections and any potential issues.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local cities, counties, and municipalities regarding the local permit processes
- Manage a small team of Permit Coordinators; responsible for hiring and performance management.
- Will assist with completing permit applications ensuring follow up and follow through to completion.
- Review daily installation status and research any outstanding issues delaying a permit completion.
- Attention to detail, able to work with full autonomy and build relationships.
- Other duties as assigned.
Hours and compensation
- Must be able to work Monday- Friday, in office.
- Hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm, with flexibility to work some overtime
- $56,000 based on experience
