Job Title: HR Generalist (Operations)

Location: Mansfield, MA

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Onsite Monday – Friday; occasional evening/weekend availability as needed

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated HR Generalist (Operations) to join our team in Mansfield, MA. This role is essential to supporting our day-to-day HR activities, fostering a positive work environment, and building strong relationships with our manufacturing team. The HR Generalist will work closely with leaders and employees to handle and resolve behavioural and performance-related issues, ensuring a productive and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and absenteeism management.
• Build rapport and trust with employees on the manufacturing floor.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and meet employee and business needs.
• Administer HR functions within Pay com, focusing on Time and Attendance (T&A) and time clocks.
• Support safety and quality standards on the production floor.
• Resolve issues in a fast-paced, noisy, and sometimes hot/cold environment, often requiring quick decision-making.
• Prevent escalation of employee issues to the front office by effectively managing concerns on the floor.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly desired.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Experience handling employee relations, investigations, and negotiations.
• Ability to adapt quickly, pivot between tasks, and solve problems efficiently.

This position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources.
