POSITION : Customer Service Business Development Senior Specialist
LOCATION : Mahwah, NJ
RECRUITMENT SALARY RANGE : $92,000 - $115,000

Reporting to the Customer Experience & Commercial Revenue Director, you will be responsible for generating revenue for the Customer Experience & Commercial Revenue department in JLR through the retailer network in North America.

- Recognize Parts Revenue through programs and fixed / variable marketing : customer paid parts budget and performance, parts revenue business plan creation and deployment, performance tracking with JLR NA Field Team and at retailer level
- Manage and further develop the Parts Wholesale program (Trade) : Act as the liaison between JLR Global and the contracted vendor in market. coordinate daily activities with vendor to achieve wholesale program targets, manage Trade business reporting and program strategy, develop and deploy initiatives to achieve incremental wholesale parts revenue based on retailer and independent repair facilities' demands, and work closely with parts pricing, marketing, purchasing and other customer experience groups to best leverage this program
- Recognize Revenue through Remanufactured Parts : Single point of contact for remanufactured parts in market, address and resolve retailer or field team inquiries on remanufactured parts, work closely with global to best define high potential areas for remanufactured parts, communicate updated parts list as they become available, and work with Marketing to ensure proper marketing material is available
- Set up eCommerce Platform - Develop business plan to create an eCommerce platform in North America and generate revenue from this new initiative for JLR
- Perform other duties as required
