We are a family-owned drywall business in Minnesota, dedicated to providing high-quality drywall delivery, installation, finishing, painting, and priming. We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team and help ensure our projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate drywall delivery and logistics
- Conduct site visits, take accurate measurements, and assess project needs
- Oversee ongoing projects and prepare for upcoming ones
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, vendors, and office staff
- Manage stock of materials and equipment to ensure timely project completion
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on schedule
- Work closely with our team to maintain efficiency and quality
Qualifications:
- Experience in the construction industry (drywall knowledge preferred)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail
