James Lane Air Conditioning Co., LLC, a Fidelity Company in Wichita Falls, TX, is looking for an experienced Fire Protection Service Manager to lead and grow our Fire Protection Division. This role is ideal for a proven leader with expertise in fire sprinkler, alarm, and extinguisher systems , as well as a strong background in team management, compliance, and customer service .
As the Fire Protection Service Manager , you will supervise technicians, oversee service operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive department growth . You will play a key role in mentoring team members, improving operational efficiency, and expanding service contracts .
An ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in fire protection services, NICET Level II certification (or higher), and a track record of leadership in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of fire protection technicians, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with safety regulations.
- Oversee scheduling, technician dispatching, and operational workflows to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to NFPA codes, OSHA standards, and industry best practices .
- Serve as the primary contact for escalated customer issues , ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and review quotes for inspections, testing, repairs, and replacements .
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) , including technician productivity and revenue growth.
- Identify and implement opportunities for business development and service expansion .
- Manage inventory levels for fire protection parts, tools, and equipment .
