Fire Protection Service Manager - Join Our Leadership Team!
James Lane Mechanical, a Fidelity Company in Witchita Falls, TX, is looking for an experienced Fire Protection Service Manager to lead and grow our Fire Protection Division. This role is ideal for a proven leader with expertise in fire sprinkler, alarm, and extinguisher systems, as well as a strong background in team management, compliance, and customer service.
As the Fire Protection Service Manager, you will supervise technicians, oversee service operations ensure regulatory compliance, and drive department growth. You will play a key role in mentoring team members, improving operational efficiency, and expanding service contracts.
An ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in fire protection services, NICET Level II certification (or higher), and a track record of leadership in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead and manage a team of fire protection technicians, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with safety regulations
- Oversee scheduling, technician dispatching, and operational workflows to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to NFPA codes, OSHA standards, and industry best practices.
- Serve as the primary contact for escalated customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and review quotes for inspections, testing, repairs, and replacements
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including technician productivity and revenue growth
- Identify and implement opportunities for business development and service expansion
- Manage inventory levels for fire protection parts, tools, and equipment
