Overview
- As a Fire Protection Operations Manager, you'll lead daily operations, manage project teams, and ensure the highest standards of safety and service quality. Primary Responsibilities
- Lead daily department operations, including inspection and repair services
- Mentor and develop project managers and technical staff
- Oversee project execution and quality control
- Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle departmental budgets and financial performance
- Ensure compliance with the industry standards and safety regulations
Required Qualifications
- NICET III certifications in Fire Alarms
- NICET II certifications in Special Hazards
- Extensive fire protection systems experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- NICET III certification in Inspections and Testing of Water-Based Fire Sprinkler Systems
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification
Working Conditions
- 50% office work/ 50% field work
- Regular travel to project sites required
- Monday - Friday, with occasional evening/ weekend work
- Full PPE compliance required
