About the Role
To support the growth of semi-liquid products for Private Wealth investors, we are hiring an Investor Relations Analyst for the firm's Project Management team. This role will focus on servicing and expanding semi-liquid and open-ended product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Development & Launches: Assist in launching new semi-liquid products globally.
- Sales & Client Collaboration: Partner with the IR/business development teams to drive capital-raising efforts for both new and existing products.
- Client Services: Provide high-quality responses to investor inquiries and due diligence requests, delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Market Intelligence: Prepare performance updates, board materials, and market analyses to inform product strategy and enhance competitiveness by region.
- Cross-Functional Engagement: Coordinate with investment, risk, compliance, legal, operations, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of product-related initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of professional experience in investment management, wealth management, or financial services, with exposure to semi-liquid product structures strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Intralinks, or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Customer service experience, particularly within the private wealth or high-net-worth investor space, is a plus.
- Experience working with alternative asset classes is highly desirable.
- Strong team player who enjoys collaboration and demonstrates flexibility to support various semi-liquid product-related tasks.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the alternative investment industry, specifically in semi-liquid and private wealth products.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to investor needs across global time zones.
- Exceptional attention to detail and client-centric mindset to deliver a superior investor experience.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a focus on tailoring communication for high-net-worth and private wealth audiences.
- Degree in finance, economics, or a related field with a strong academic track record.
- A motivated, passionate individual with a proven ability to handle high workloads and deliver error-free results.
