The Leasing Coordinator will support Industry City’s leasing team in executing office and specialty lease transactions, fostering client relationships, and advancing market strategies. This role is based on site in Brooklyn, NY.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Respond to inquiries promptly via phone, text, and email. Schedule and lead property tours, showcasing campus features and amenities. Assist clients through the leasing application process and provide clear communication throughout.
- Relationship Management: Work with existing tenants to renew and expand on campus.
- Lease Support: Prepare proposals, track and facilitate deal negotiations, and support tenant transitions, renewals, and deal closings.
- Market Research: Analyze market conditions, develop competitive assessments, and craft targeted canvassing campaigns.
- Networking and Relationship Building: Build connections with businesses, brokers, and industry groups. Represent Industry City at events and foster a sense of community.
- Special Projects: Contribute to team initiatives and ad hoc projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Real Estate and other related fields
- Experience: 1–3 years in commercial leasing or high-end residential setting
- Skills:
- Strong verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work expeditiously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
