Essential duties and responsibilities:
- Meet and greet potential renters with the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Manage the lead to lease generation and approval process; initial inquiry to application completion; preparation and execution of new leases
- Collaborate closely with leasing and property management teams to ensure processes and procedures are followed efficiently and in a timely manner
- Respond to email inquiries and client requests promptly and professionally
- Organize and document high volume rentals/leasing traffic
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Schedule and coordinate apartment showings
- Generate and maintain daily and weekly leasing activity reports
- Assist with lease renewal processes
Qualifications
Qualifications, skills and abilities
- Prior real estate experience preferred
- Ability to work weekends
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Professional Appearance and Demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word).
- Web/Internet Savvy
- Experience with Real Estate software such as Yardi, Rent Café/CRM Flex, Nestio/Funnel preferred, but not required
