Job Description:
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing a sales territory centered around the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. This involves quoting and closing new clients, generating market information, analyzing competitors, meeting individual quotas, and achieving group objectives as identified by the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attain individual and group sales objectives
- Provide regular updates on daily activities and account status to the Sales Manager
- Work with the Sales Manager to develop reports on individual and group achievement
- Analyze market conditions and competition as requested by the Sales Manager
- Collaborate with Operations Representatives to start-up new accounts
- Maintain short and long-term relationships with accounts and franchisees
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or administration in a sales department
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Clear and pleasant telephone manner
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to document accurate prospect and client information in an electronic database
