Account Development Representative
This is a unique opportunity to join our team as an Account Development Representative in the Dayton/Springfield area. As an experienced sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a sales territory centered around the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area, meeting individual account sales objectives, and analyzing market conditions and competition.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attain individual and group sales objectives.
- Provide regular updates and information on daily activities and account status to the sales manager.
- Analyze market conditions and competition to make informed decisions.
- Maintain accurate prospect and customer records, and establish and maintain relationships with accounts and franchisees.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or administration in sales department preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, clear and pleasant telephone manner.
- Knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations, manual dexterity to operate computer and other electronic devices.
