Marketing Manager, Position Description

Jane Win is a boutique jewelry line based in Wayne PA. We create coin jewelry and charms with meaning, creating a close, thoughtful relationship with our customers. We distribute our product directly to the consumer through our web site, through traditional wholesale channels and have regional pop-ups and trunk shows. We market heavily online through digital advertising and social media. Our goal is to create beautiful jewelry pieces that connect with the wearer, with high touch customer service that creates a life-long happy customer.

Responsibilities:

Marketing:

·      Work closely with President and Creative Director on building the marketing strategy, including goals and path to build number of customers, their frequency and spend. Pay close attention to new/returning customer goals.

·      Manage Marketing calendar: email, social media posts, advertising, influencer, and press outreach.

·      Digital advertising is our largest marketing expense. Work with leadership to understand the digital marketing landscape and build programs for our advertising agency to support sales and email list growth. This includes both ideating campaigns and executing the creation (developing content in Canva (and other tools) and managing internal and external resources to create ads).

·      Manage email marketing with leadership (calendar, design, segmentation). Develop programs to build email list.

·      Work closely with Creative Director on all content creation. Organize photo shoots: product shots, laydown and on model. Organize content. Work with graphic designers to expand and elevate content development capabilities. “Vision” for content will come from Jane, work with all vendors to achieve look for the year/season/delivery. This includes managing the product shots for the website.

·      Social Media: Build Audience by developing stories and posts, designed to enhance current audiences and attract new followers.

·      Manage Marketing Senior Associate.

·      Assist in Jane Win Customer Service, working with Fulfillment to ensure consumer messaging is on-brand. Help to develop tools to delight and retain customers through customer service.

·      Continue to develop skills in CRM for the company and identify consumer segments, consumers with potential for high lifetime value. Develop consumer retention campaigns.

·      Plan, Design, and Execute direct mail campaigns.

·      Manage collaborations with brands and individuals to elevate the brand and bring new customers onto our list.

·      Organize influencer and press outreach and follow-up. Work closely with leadership and outside PR agency. Create tools to support this effort (line sheets, press pitches etc.)

·      Evolve strategy and goals for our affiliate ‘program’.

·      Oversee Jane Win gifting to influencers and ‘friends’ of the brand.

·      Report weekly, monthly, yearly on our Marketing efforts.

Distribution:

·      Understand all aspects of DTC business: website and social sales channels.

·      Attend trunk shows and pop-ups (all over US) as needed.

·      Create marketing materials for the distribution pillar (wholesale line sheets and dtc shipping marketing opportunities)

·      Pick and pack DTC orders as needed.

Office management:

·      Assist in organizing a fun, cool office!

·      Represent the brand to those visiting the showroom.

·      Lead in establishing the core value and culture for the company.
