Marketing Manager Position Overview
Jane Win Jewelry is a boutique jewelry line based in Wayne, PA. We create meaningful coin jewelry and charms that foster close relationships with our customers.
We distribute our products directly to consumers through our website, wholesale channels, and regional pop-ups and trunk shows. Our marketing efforts focus on online platforms like digital advertising and social media.
Our goal is to craft beautiful jewelry pieces that connect with wearers and provide exceptional customer service, resulting in lifelong happy customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing
- Collaborate with the President and Creative Director to develop a marketing strategy, including goals and tactics to increase customer numbers, frequency, and spend.
- Manage the marketing calendar, encompassing email, social media posts, advertising, influencer outreach, and press relations.
- As our largest marketing expense, digital advertising requires close work with leadership to understand the market landscape and build programs for our advertising agency to support sales and email list growth.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including design, segmentation, and calendar management.
- Work closely with the Creative Director on content creation, organizing photo shoots, and managing product shots for the website.
- Build and engage social media audiences by developing stories and posts that enhance current followers and attract new ones.
- Supervise the Marketing Senior Associate.
- Assist with Jane Win Customer Service, ensuring consumer messaging aligns with the brand.
- Continuously develop skills in CRM, identify high-value consumer segments, and develop retention campaigns.
- Plan, design, and execute direct mail campaigns.
- Manage collaborations with brands and individuals to elevate the brand and acquire new customers.
- Organize influencer and press outreach, working closely with leadership and outside PR agencies.
- Evaluate and refine the affiliate program strategy and goals.
- Oversee gifting to influencers and 'friends' of the brand.
- Provide regular reports on marketing efforts.
Distribution
- Understand all aspects of DTC business, including website and social sales channels.
- Attend trunk shows and pop-ups as needed.
- Create marketing materials for the distribution pillar (wholesale line sheets and dtc shipping marketing opportunities).
- Pick and pack DTC orders as necessary.
Office Management
- Assist in creating a fun and cool office environment.
- Represent the brand to visiting showroom guests.
- Lead the establishment of core values and culture for the company.
