The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role is essential for the smooth operation of our financial processes and will involve working closely with various departments to support G/M and account analysis.
Duties
- Track JanEco’s accounts payable and accounts receivables.
- Prepare bank reconciliation for all bank accounts.
- Proficient with QuickBooks Desktop
- Adjusting entries
- Assist in data entry upkeep.
- Day-to-day general ledger accounting for various entities
- Payroll which includes assisting with the payment of all sub-contractors
- Assisting with the monthly general ledger.
- Reconcile various general ledger accounts
- Submit financial reports to leading manager
- File bank reconciliations.
- Proficient with inventory and fixed assets
Skills
- 5-10 years bookkeeper experience is a must.
- Experience with QuickBooks, A/R, A/P, G/L is required.
- Inventory, Fixed assets, Payroll, is preferred.
- Must have Microsoft Office Suite experience.
- Attention to detail
