Jani-King of Baton Rouge is in need of a very critical operations leader to help take our brand from good to great. This passionate, self-motivated professional will provide our office team, our franchise owners, and our clients the support needed to continually represent and uphold the customer service standards that make us one of the top franchise systems in the world.

In addition to the above, the person who will become the newest member of our team will also have

  • A minimum of 2 years of supervisory/management experience;
  • Terrific organizational and communication skills;
  • Professional appearance;
  • “Hands-on" management skills, P&L mechanics are a plus.

Strong technical knowledge in all facets of commercial cleaning, including related administrative duties, is absolutely critical to your success.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year
