Primary Job Responsibilities of Director of e-commerce

• Develop and manage long-term e-commerce strategy aligned with the brand’s vision and financial objectives.
• Optimize brands’ websites creating digital experiences and connection with each brand, driving repeat engagement and purchase.
• Plan, direct and execute e-commerce promotion strategies to hit revenue targets.
• Partner with ad agency and PR companies for effective marketing, campaigns, social media to increase conversion and sales.
• Manage and nurture the e-commerce team in USA and in Colombia.
• Oversee photo shoots, video contents for website and social media.

Education and/or Experience

• 6 years of experience of DTC e-commerce with fashion brand.
• Must have ample hands-on experience in e-commerce tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, Gorgias, etc.
• Experience in swimsuit and/or garment industry is a plus.
• Positive, collaborative attitude and ability to be flexible in a fast paced and evolving company.

Pay: $142,129.00 - $153,995.00 per year
