Position Overview: The Ecommerce Director will oversee all aspects of our online store, driving revenue growth and optimizing the customer experience. This role requires a data-driven mindset and a passion for creating seamless digital shopping experiences.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce site.
Develop brand loyalty by planning and executing perks for top customer segments.
Roadmap site improvements and work closely with our third-party development agency to manage participation among internal stakeholders and ensure execution.
Analyze sales data and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities, site performance, and stay ahead of any UX or UI bugs.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to execute campaigns.
Optimize site performance, including navigation, product pages, and checkout.
Stay informed on e-commerce trends and competitor strategies.
Qualifications:
4 years of e-commerce management experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
Proficiency in Shopify or similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Location: Preference for Los Angeles area. Hybrid role with some requirements to come into an office.
