We are seeking a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers and the day-to-day production goals for the team.
Schedule : Monday through Thursday, 2 : 30 PM to 1 : 30 AM, and Friday, 2 : 30 PM to 9 : 30 PM .
Responsibilities :
- Supervise a team of 37 employees while ensuring production goals are met.
- Coordinate production activities to ensure all machines remain operational and perform regular quality checks.
- Approve timecards and manage employee vacation / sick requests weekly.
- Provide daily feedback and coaching to team members.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Record nightly production and scrap rates.
- Address safety concerns and assist with incident reporting or injury management as needed.
- Manage performance reviews and disciplinary actions in alignment with company policies.
- Plus other duties as assigned.
