Job Description: Pre-Assembly & Assembly Technician
A Janus Motorcycles Assembly Technician must provide exemplary proficiency in the assembly of Janus Motorcycles and their components and in overseeing the overall quality of the product. The candidate must be organized, thorough, and detail- and process- oriented. They will be expected to continue learning and improving along with the company.
The key indicator(s) of excellence in the Assembly Technician role are:
- Attention to detail and adherence to assembly procedures
- Willingness to learn and ask questions
- Consistent completion of production goals on a weekly level
Individual Responsibilities:
- Assemble Janus Motorcycles components in concert with the Production Manager team and production schedule.
- Meet quality standards and production goals.
- Address problems quickly and effectively with the team.
- Prepare components for quick installation on Motorcycles.
- Prepare carts or bins for easy access by production technicians.
- Sample assemblies: Brake system bleeding, electrical components preparation, carburetor sub assembly, hardware installation, etc.
- Apprentice under final assembly technician.
Reports to: Assembly Team Leader, Production Manager
Janus Team Duties:
- Shop cleanup
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 48 per week
