- Planning all phases of projects from initiation to completion
- Ordering supplies and equipment
- Ensuring project plans stay on schedule
- Overseeing Superintendents and Construction Managers
- Developing and tracking budgets, timelines, and QC
- Creating / Delegating submittal documents
- Utilizing scheduling software to keep projects on track
- Attending pre-construction and other specialized meetings
