Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of multiple retail locations within your district.
• Mentor and support Store Managers to achieve sales goals and ensure outstanding customer experiences.
• Analyze operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
• Develop strategies to optimize performance and implement action plans to drive business.
• Ensure compliance with Arizona Department of Health Services regulations.
• Manage visual merchandising, cash handling, and adherence to company standards.
• Support community engagement initiatives and partnerships.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
• Strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of Key Performance Indicators.
• Must hold a valid Facility Agent Card with the Arizona Department of Health Services.
• At least 21 years of age
