Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the performance of multiple retail locations within your district.
- Mentor and support Store Managers to achieve sales goals and ensure outstanding customer experiences.
- Analyze operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
- Develop strategies to optimize performance and implement action plans to drive business.
- Ensure compliance with Arizona Department of Health Services regulations.
- Manage visual merchandising, cash handling, and adherence to company standards.
- Support community engagement initiatives and partnerships.
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience.
- Strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of Key Performance Indicators.
- Must hold a valid Facility Agent Card with the Arizona Department of Health Services.
- At least 21 years of age
