The Workday Financial Administrator will lead the configuration, optimization, and support of the Workday Financial Management system, ensuring seamless operation and alignment with organizational goals. This role requires advanced expertise in Workday FIN modules and involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes, manage integrations, and provide actionable insights through reporting and analytics.
Responsibilities :
- Configure and manage Workday FIN modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Expenses, and Procurement.
- Maintain and enhance Workday configurations to address evolving business needs and ensure optimal functionality.
- Analyze and streamline financial workflows and processes using Workday FIN functionalities.
- Implement automated solutions to improve efficiency in financial operations.
- Provide expert-level support for system issues, troubleshoot problems, and resolve or escalate them as necessary.
- Own and manage issues through to resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Partner with internal teams (Finance, HR, IT) to build and maintain Workday configurations, business processes, and security settings.
- Configure and manage business processes, custom reports, and change requests for application modifications.
- Set up and maintain security domains, groups, and business process management configurations to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Design, develop, and deploy Workday integrations using Studio, Connectors, and EIBs (inbound and outbound).
- Investigate and resolve integration failures, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.
- Implement and manage Workday Accounting Center to enhance efficiency.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all internal Workday processes and configurations.
