DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for assisting Jasco's digital marketing efforts with a focus on email marketing campaigns, website listing management, and SMS marketing. Responsible for helping the Assistant Digital Marketing Manager update and manage website content for byjasco.com and all brand websites, including new product listings, multimedia, and other customer-facing digital content. Take day-to-day ownership of the presentation, content, SEO, maintenance, catalog data integrity, and business health of all product listings on websites and translate this subject-matter expertise into strategic recommendations to drive future growth.

• Create and execute the delivery of all email marketing campaigns, along with all corresponding reports and analyses.
• Manage and help grow Jasco’s marketing subscriber database to ensure strategic audience segmentation and highly targeted campaigns.
• Build out automated email campaigns that follow lead generation and lead nurturing best practices.
• Responsible for planning and maintaining monthly email marketing content calendar.
• Responsible for uploading and updating all product listings to Jasco’s website and microsites. Develop, monitor, write, edit, proofread, and update product content listings to byjasco.com and other Jasco websites as needed and ensure listings are optimized with best-in-class content and best practices for SEO.
• Implement price changes and handle pricing requests to maintain strategic pricing online.
• Responsible for leading Jasco’s text marketing efforts by planning and executing monthly text marketing campaigns and growing our SMS subscriber audience with inbound marketing tactics.
• Maintain and update the calendar that reflects all of our SMS marketing plans and measure and report campaign performance metrics. Need to be the expert on the software used for SMS messaging and ensure we are operating in best practices.
• Contributes to the designing, writing, and producing of advertising and promotional materials necessary to use in our promotional efforts in conjunction with our advertising schedule and budget.
• Develop subject matter expertise of Jasco’s product listing and website platform and take ownership in the day-to-day business administration of website portals and reporting tools.
• Help with the creation of website landing pages and optimizing featured products on home pages across all web properties.
• Help implement sale and promotional pricing to byjasco.com and other sites with direction from the Digital Marketing Manager in accordance with the promotional calendar.
• Maintain and produce content on byjasco.com and all website properties to ensure consistency, accuracy and achieve optimal online sales, customer experience, and build brand awareness.
• Create, produce, and maintain support content for consumers including the online resource library, videos, corporate pages, deals pages, wholesale resources, and other product marketing materials or online support resources.
• Cultivate standards, systems, and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval, content repurposing, and new product listing.
• Assist Digital Marketing Manager and Assistant Digital Marketing Manager with other administrative tasks on the website.
• Assist with building and growing Jasco's brands both locally and nationally. This includes collaborating with brand committees to develop winning strategies and meeting the agreed-upon timelines ensuring successful execution.
• Work with the Digital Marketing Manager on various local projects aimed to help build and grow Jasco’s community presence. Develop strategies to build our brands and awareness by creatively marketing our many innovative products. Attendance at local events and working with local business owners may be included in this approach.
• Performs other related duties as required.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing communications, web design, journalism, or other related communications field is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in website content management, SEO optimization, Adobe Creative Suite, and other creative software is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Ability to operate Apple Macintosh computers, and Microsoft Operating Systems.
• Technical and graphic design skills.
• Ability to solve problems creatively, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work with software providers and other Team Members.
• Experience in SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager preferred.
• Experience with web content management systems for e-commerce preferred
• Excellent written, oral, and multimedia communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Understanding of content marketing and SEO best practices.
• Knowledge of basic HTMS preferred.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.
