Job Description:
As an Event Planner at Java Smugglers, you will be responsible for organizing and executing a variety of events, from intimate gatherings to larger community events. You’ll work closely with our team to ensure every event reflects the unique charm and personality of our cafe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as live music nights, art exhibitions, workshops, private parties, and seasonal celebrations.
- Collaborate with the cafe team to create event concepts that align with our brand and customer base.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics, including vendor coordination, scheduling, and setup.
- Promote events through social media, email newsletters, and in-cafe signage to drive attendance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients hosting private events at the cafe.
- Ensure all events run smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Maintain relationships with local artists, musicians, and vendors to create a network of event partners.
