Summary:
You will work under supervisor at different sites to capture building measurements and data to help us with as-built documentation.
You will use specialized hardware to create virtual tours, capture 360 photos, and help with capturing a laser scan of the property along with taking notes & drawing layout.

Responsibilities:
- Use specialized hardware to create virtual tours
- Perform measurements to determine building outlines
- Collect site data for architectural & interior design projects (windows, doors .. etc).
- Use surveying instruments and equipment to measure distances, angles, and elevations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate field notes, records, and sketches.
- Provide guidance and support to field team during surveying operations.
- Take care and maintain delicate measuring & scanning instruments
- Must be always on-time for site visits.
- Wear provided company outfits
- Being polite when meeting clients on site with great attitude and work around their needs at each property
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, surveying or a related field preferred but not required
- Proficiency in using surveying instruments and equipment is a plus
- Familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information System) software for data analysis and mapping (Plus)
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints (Plus)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members
- This job requires travel hours on the road to different jobs
- This job requires long hours standing operating equipment and taking measurements
- Lift and carry equipment up to 10 pounds regularly without additional assistance from others.
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday
* 6-8 Hours per day (Overtime depending on project)
* Weekend on Sunday (if available)
* Early morning starting at 6:30 AM or 7 AM (coordinated with supervisor)
* Some days late start at 9 or 10 AM
