Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technicians in performing complex diagnostics and repairs on heavy-duty vehicles.
- Develop and implement effective repair strategies to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Train and mentor junior technicians to ensure knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle maintenance principles, methods, and techniques.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 6 years of experience as a body shop technician, with a focus on heavy-duty vehicles.
- At least 1 year of maintenance experience on transit vehicles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
