Job Title : Production Team Lead
Overview : Dynatect Manufacturing is seeking a dedicated Production Team Lead to oversee and coordinate activities within our manufacturing team in New Berlin, WI. The Production Team Lead ensures adherence to safety standards, promotes quality enhancements, and achieves production objectives. This role is crucial in managing production schedules, interpreting specifications, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Safety and Quality :
Prioritize and promote safety improvements.
- Lead daily Tier 1 meetings to direct the production team.
- Communicate production goals and requirements effectively to team members.
- Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders with Engineering support.
Production Management :
Coordinate production schedules and estimate team member hour requirements.
Team Coordination :
Coordinate activities with other Team Leads and departments.
Additional Duties :
Participate in department work as needed.

Salary : $28-$31 / hr
