JCW is currently working on behalf of a specialty carrier looking to add a temporary Reinsurance Contracts Counsel to their team. This will likely be a 3-6 month assignment that is FULLY REMOTE.Responsibilities : Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts, including reinsurance agreements, program and third-party administrator agreements, software licensing, master services agreements, SOWs, NDAs, and IT vendor contracts.Provide legal support across underwriting, accounting, claims oversight, and other business functions, including litigation management and coverage analysis.Qualifications : 5 years of experience within the insurance / reinsurance industry with a focus on P&C insurance products and contracts.#J-18808-Ljbffr
