Director of Finance

I've partnered with a leading C&I and Microgrid firm in the Northeast who are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Director of Finance to lead their financial and administrative functions. This role will be instrumental in driving the success of the company by providing strategic financial guidance, overseeing key operational areas, and ensuring efficient and compliant business operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.
• Lead and manage the administrative functions, including HR, IT, and facilities.
• Develop and implement efficient administrative processes and systems.
• Collaborate closely with executive team on strategic planning and decision-making.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for the Board of Directors.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.

You will have:

• Experience in the Energy Industry preferred but not required
• Degree in finance, accounting, or related field
• Master’s degree and/or CPA preferred
• 8 years’ experience in a senior finance position
