Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic Palm Beach County FM radio sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective client engagement and relationship management. This position requires a strong understanding of media and digital sales and the ability to analyze market trends to identify new opportunities. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that lead to successful business development and sales outcomes.

Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their digital needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct warm calling to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value of our products and services.
- Utilize CRM to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product offerings and marketing strategies that enhance sales efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our technology solutions and addressing any inquiries or concerns.

Skills
- Proven experience in media sales or digital sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify potential opportunities for growth.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools for managing client relationships and tracking sales progress.
- Ability to negotiate effectively, demonstrating confidence in discussions with clients.
- Experience in business development with a proactive approach to identifying new leads and opportunities.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
