Job Summary: JEAR Logistics is seeking someone eager and able to use their organization skills to support the recruitment lifecycle of our growing company. We know our people are the reason for our success, and we are looking for someone who is motivated to have a direct impact on the growth of the company.
The daily grind includes:
- Support the recruitment life cycle including posting job advertisements, screening and assisting candidates through the interview process
- Coordinate recruiting activities such as local networking events, colleges and universities, social media platforms, advertisements, etc.
- Filing and organizing resumes and tracking applicant data
- Preparing interview documents and facilitating pre-employment processes including performing references, drug screens, background investigations, etc.
