HR Generalist

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Reporting to our VP of HR, the HR Generalist provide general HR and administrative support, to include maintaining the accuracy and integrity of HRIS data, and supporting the daily HR operations and processes.
- Support the business in various HR activities from benefits, leave, employee relations etc.
- Coach managers on people development topics and issues
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assists in maintaining and updating electronic and paper medical and personnel files.
- Assists in pre-employment screening process
- Assists with new hire orientation and onboarding meetings and training
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other related initiatives.
