Job Qualifications :
- Requires previous experience processing claims
- Prepares warranty claims in a timely manner
- Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedules
- Resubmits all rejected claims promptly
- Maintains and files warranty repair orders
- Processes all warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation
- Follows up on payment of outstanding claims
- Obtains prior repair approval when required
- Reviews technicians comments for the 3C’s (Concern, Cause & Corrections) and verifies that all documents are attached to repair order
