Responsibilities
- Process claims: Review and process claims in a timely manner
- Reconcile claims: Follow up on outstanding claims and resubmit rejected claims
- Track parts: Track warranty parts returns and arrange for them to be shipped
Maintain records: File and maintain service records and warranty paperwork
Stay informed: Keep up with factory recalls, bulletins, and industry trends
Coordinate with others: Work with Ford motor company, service advisors, and service technicians
Educate customers: Set expectations for service personnel and provide relevant information
Ensure compliance: Make sure mechanics comply with factory requirements
Prevent fraud: Check orders to avoid duplicate claims and help prevent fraud
