Jeffco is seeking an experienced ECommerce Manager to lead and execute our online sales strategy across major eCommerce platforms, including Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, and Shopify, for our licensed and private label mattress and top-of-bed brands. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketplaces, direct-to-consumer (DTC) strategies, and online customer experience optimization. The ideal candidate is data-driven, strategic, and hands-on—excelling in online sales, analytics, and vendor management while driving revenue growth.
This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence up to 3 days/week in Webster, MA.

Key Responsibilities:
ECommerce Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive online sales strategy to grow revenue and expand market share.
Marketplace & Platform Management: Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management on Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Walmart Marketplace, Wayfair, Shopify, and other key eCommerce channels.
Sales & Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and retention metrics to continuously improve performance and ROI.
Digital Marketing & Advertising: Oversee paid advertising campaigns (PPC, Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect), SEO optimization, email marketing, and social media advertising to drive traffic and conversions.
Product Content Optimization: Ensure high-quality product listings, including keyword-rich descriptions, enhanced brand content (A Content), images, and videos for maximum engagement.
Pricing & Profitability Management: Develop and implement pricing strategies to maintain profitability while remaining competitive in the market.
Vendor & Partner Relationships: Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, contract manufacturers, and platform representatives to streamline operations.
Industry Trend Monitoring: Stay up to date on eCommerce trends, competitive insights, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align eCommerce initiatives with overall business objectives.
Administrative Support: Provides administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team as necessary.
