Health and Wellness Center Manager

Jenny Craig coaching centers have always been an integral part of the Jenny Craig program. As a Center Manager, you will help and lead others through motivation, support, and accountability. You will lead the center by serving clients, building strategies to reach KPIs, and managing staff while identifying efficiency and growth opportunities.

What you’ll do:

• Grow the business by acquiring new clients, retaining current clients, reengaging inactive clients, and delivering the Jenny Craig program by connecting with clients and being a champion for their goals.
• Use metrics to build strategy for the center and ensure staff are driving toward these strategic goals. You will be responsible for training, coaching, and performance management of employees.
• Manage payroll, inventory, and employee scheduling.
• Assist with daily activities including outbound client outreach, food room stocking, and daily in-store operations.

• Can use metrics to identify and solve operational issues, as well as other opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiencies.

• Adept in handling human resources and employee relations issues, or escalating when needed

• Willingness to assist with any task and encourage a cooperative environment.

• Have at least 3 years of experience in store management in a customer-facing business, supervisory experience in a retail setting, or similar.

• Have the ability to work fluctuating schedules, which will include days, evenings and one weekend day.
  • The center hours vary between 7am-8pm
• Can frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Have a High School diploma or equivalent.

This is not a remote position. You will be working in the Jenny Craig center with a small group of employees.
